Japan Easy Transfer provides quote-request support for private transfers, airport pickups, and custom car arrangements. Final pricing, availability, pickup details, vehicle category, waiting policy, cancellation terms, and payment method are confirmed before any arrangement is considered final.

Quote requests
Website route examples do not use fixed public prices. Estimated ranges can be checked from route details, and the final quote depends on exact route, date, time, passenger count, luggage, vehicle fit, and availability.
Changes and cancellations
Changes, cancellations, late arrivals, extra stops, and waiting time are handled according to the final confirmed arrangement. Contact support as early as possible if details change.
Passenger and luggage fit
Travelers are responsible for sharing accurate passenger and luggage details. Oversized or additional luggage may require a different vehicle or additional confirmation.
Payment and confirmation
No arrangement is final until price, payment method, pickup details, and vehicle category are confirmed in writing through the agreed communication channel.
Waiting time and extra costs
Airport waiting, hotel waiting, tolls, parking, late-night timing, extra stops, and route changes may affect the final amount if they are not included in the confirmed quote.
Service limits
Traffic, weather, airport congestion, road restrictions, and events can affect timing. We help coordinate the transfer but cannot guarantee conditions outside operational control.
Documentation and trust requests
If you need business identity, insurance notes, vehicle assignment details, driver/support contact, receipts, or other approval materials, request them before final confirmation. Do not proceed if the materials do not satisfy your requirements.
Photos, reviews, and public proof
Unverified vehicle photos, driver photos, review counts, order counts, and platform badges are not part of the service promise. Any real proof shared before confirmation should be current, relevant to the route, and kept with the written arrangement record.
Legal stopping and safe capacity
Pickup points, drop-off points, passenger count, luggage loading, child-seat requests, and oversized items must fit legal stopping rules and safe vehicle capacity. Unsafe or unconfirmed loads may require a different vehicle or revised arrangement.
